Taproom Beertender


Mully's Brewery is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to fill a part-time position as beertender. This position requires excellent customer service, knowledge & passion for craft beer, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.


Required Skills/Experience

  •  21 years or older

  •  Love of craft beer

  •  Educate customers about craft beer and Mully's products

  •  Effectively use POS system

  •  Maintain cleanliness standards

  •  Ability to represent Mully's at off-site events when needed

  •  Friendly and welcoming personality and a positive attitude

  •  Ability to multitask during fast-paced service and take initiative when service is slower


Desired Skills

  •  TAM certified

  •  Basic knowledge of beer and the brewing process

  •  Cicerone Certified Beer Server or higher


Physical Requirements

  •  Ability to stand for long periods throughout shift

  •  Ability to frequently reach with arms, stoop, kneel and crouch numerous times during shift

  •  Ability to lift heavy objects (60+ pounds) safely



  •  Part-time

  •  Weekday evenings

  •  Weekend day/evenings

Field Sales Representative


Mully's Brewery is looking to add a Full-Time Field Sales Representative. Qualified candidates must be outgoing, goal-oriented, and have a passion for the craft brewing industry.


Job Description:

     -Act as the face of Mully's for Distributors and Retailers in your sales territory

     -Maintain and build great relationships with our wholesale and retail partners
     -Support our brand in your territory through special events such as tastings, beer dinners, brand education, tap takeovers, and festivals

     -Perform regular ride-alongs with wholesalers

     -Educate Distributors and Retailers on new product lines

     -Complete required administrative tasks; tracking and reporting daily account visits

     -Track and analyze territory sales numbers to direct activities and efforts

     -Achieve specified account goals

     -Manage distributor inventory and forecast monthly needs

     -Maximize point-of-sale exposure in accounts



     -Must be 21+

     -2+ years of sales experience preferred

     -Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record and reliable transportation -Flexible hours for occasional night and weekend events

     -Highly motivated, self-starter and able to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision -Excellent organization and communication skills

     -Ability to lift and maneuver 165lb kegs
