CrossFit Merit and Mully's Brewery have partnered once again to bring you the "2025 Black Friday 5K Hop Trot."
Skip the shopping chaos and kick off your holiday weekend with some fresh air and fun! The Hop Trot 5K is a light-hearted run (or walk, or trot) for all levels come solo, bring friends, or make it a family affair. Expect good vibes, festive energy, and a cheerful finish with plenty of post-race celebration. The perfect way to start the season on the right foot (literally!).
